Remote tech help and coaching

We can help with some software, email, and settings problems through screen sharing that you approve and control.

We come to homes and small businesses in five South Bay cities. There is no walk-in shop.

Are you seeing one of these problems?

You do not need to know the cause. Tell us what you see and when it started.

Devices and systems we can help with

Call if you are not sure which name or model you have.

  • Windows and Mac computers with working internet
  • Email, common programs, and account settings
  • Software updates and everyday device settings
  • Larger text, sound, and easier-to-use settings

Ways we can help

The exact help depends on the device and problem.

Remote computer help

Screen-sharing help for suitable software, email, update, and settings problems after the customer calls first.

  • Help with software through screen sharing that you approve and can stop
  • Check email and common account settings
  • Install or update an app
  • Adjust larger text, sound, and easier-to-use settings
  • Follow up after an in-person visit

What to have ready when you call

A simple description is enough. You do not need technical words.

  • The device turned on and connected to the internet
  • A phone nearby so we can talk while you use the device
  • Private documents closed and time to stay with the device during screen sharing

Questions about this service

Two quick answers to help you decide whether to call.

Can you control my computer without me knowing?
No. Screen sharing begins only after you approve it. You stay with the device and can stop sharing at any time.
What problems are not a good fit for remote help?
A computer that will not turn on, a hardware problem, or an internet connection that is not working will usually need an in-person visit.

Send a short help request.

Share what is happening here. We will contact you to discuss the next step, current pricing, and availability.

How can we reach you?

Add a phone number, email, or both.

This helps us check whether we serve your area.

Name your device and the problem. A few words are enough.

For your safety, do not send passwords, security codes, banking or medical information, Social Security numbers, or remote-access codes.

You stay in control. You approve changes and enter passwords yourself.

This asks us to contact you. It does not schedule a visit.
